A few words on this blog

The Speakers Prepare Handbook follows the 80/20 principle. The twenty percent of presentation craft that delivers eighty percent of the impact. It's deliberately tight. But over the years I've written far more than the Handbook had room for, and some of that older material is too useful to leave in a drawer. So this is where it lives now. The findings, frameworks, and tangents that didn't fit the Handbook but still help you prepare. I'll keep posting as I keep digging.

To kick off, this first post is a double bill. In the words of Seth Godin: be generous. I hope it resonates.
